Dhatoo is South Africa's metal recycling company. Company trades throughout South Africa in most grades of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Exporting cargos of steel scrap, moving container loads of ferrous and non-ferrous material on to the export market, and providing a service to the small and medium sized merchants for the movement of their metal from their yards to steel works, foundries and export points.

Dhatoo vision is to ensure that landfills are not filled up with scrap metal and hazardous waste in the scrap metals. The hazardous waste like oil in vehicle engines could leak into the ground and pollute ground water. Besides the engine oil, there are hundreds of chemicals used in many industrial, residential, and municipal scrap that are harmful for the environment.
